Legal Secretary:
We require a Legal Secretary with familiarity in the conveyancing process.
Essential Requirements:
- Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities, enabling clear and effective delivery of complex information to both clients and team members.
- Solid IT skills, with hands-on experience using conveyancing platforms and everyday office software.
- Highly adept at managing time, ensuring tasks are prioritised efficiently and deadlines are consistently met.
- Exceptional organisational capabilities, allowing for the smooth handling of multiple cases while maintaining precision and accuracy.

Administrator:
Familiarity with the conveyancing process is highly desirable but not essential.
Essential Requirements:
- Proven background in office administration, ideally within a legal or property environment.
- Ability to handle client queries professionally, both in person and over the phone.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to liaise effectively with lawyers, clients, and third parties.
- Capable of managing multiple tasks and prioritising workload in a fast-paced setting.
- Accuracy is critical when dealing with legal documents and client records.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) systems.
- Experience with scanning, filing, and maintaining digital and physical records.
- Efficient and accurate input of client and case information into databases.
- Discreet and respectful when handling sensitive client information.
- Works well within a legal team, supporting fee earners and other staff.
- Proactive in identifying tasks and resolving minor issues independently.
