There’s nothing Sue doesn’t get involved with and she’s proud of her dedicated team. She’s also the proud dog-mum of Peanut and Pickle, the infamous Drew Property Law sausage dogs!

After more than a decade guiding clients through the legal processes of buying and selling, Laura is a fount of knowledge, bringing a sense of peace and tranquillity to every transaction. Supporting first time buyers or seasoned investors, Laura is adept at some of the most complex property transfers. The very definition of a safe pair of hands.

Trainee Conveyancing Technician

Don’t let the word ‘trainee’ fool you, Jade is a valued member of the team, supporting Sue while also studying to complete her Legal 4 Conveyancing Apprenticeship. She has worked in the sector for six years, including working with a local estate agents, which has given her a great insight into both sides of the system. Jade also helps to manage the compliance and regulatory elements of the business.

Conveyancing Assistant

With seven years in the business, Georgia is a star, dealing with both sale and purchase transactions and, like Aimee, is a great help in the exchange and completion process as well as the post-completion workload. Georgia is also studying for a BA in Law.

Legal Secretary

With a background that includes the lettings industry, Zena is a veritable treasure trove of local and specialist knowledge. She works closely with Laura to keep the admin side of the business ship-shape and maintains case files and the day-to-day operation of our firm.

Director of Biscuit Procurement

Peanut takes his duties extremely seriously, greeting every client with boundless enthusiasm regardless of whether they’ve been here before. He has never once failed to secure a biscuit.

Sniffer-in-Chief

Pickle has an uncanny ability to detect irregularities, particularly in packed lunches. He brings rigorous scrutiny to everything (food or otherwise) that enters the building.

Senior Lap Availability Consultant

Wilf operates a strict open-door policy and is available for strokes at all times. He has never turned down a lap and does not intend to change that.

Director of Decorative Presence

Lola brings an effortless elegance to the office environment and considers herself the most photogenic member of the team. Pickle has designs on that title.

Principal Distraction Technician

Buddy specialises in the emotional side of property transactions and remains on hand to celebrate every completion with equal levels of excitement and tail wagging. Never knowingly missed an opportunity to steal a snack.

Window Monitoring Specialist

Jim maintains a vigilant watch over the carpark and has logged every passing squirrel since joining the firm. His reports remain unread, but he continues to produce them with great dedication.

Senior Napping Partner

Bringing a calming presence to even the most complex transactions, Kizzie leads by example when it comes to taking rest seriously. She is currently unavailable but will get back to you in 3-5 dog-days.
