Sales and purchases:

Our fees for sales and purchases vary depending on the price of each and the following fees are applicable for each element separately.

There is a separate charge for selling and for an onward purchase, so if you were selling a property for £299,000 and buying a new house for £375,000, you would be charged £1,395 for the sale and £1,595 for the purchase, a total of £2,990. For properties up to £300,000: £1,395

On a purchase, there will also be a charge of up to £400 for search fees.

Sale or purchase fixed fees:

Up to £300,000: £1,395
From £300,001 – £600,000: £1,595
From £601,000 – £1,000,000: £1,995
For sales over £1,000,000: POA

All the above include VAT, Land Registry charges and a bank transfer fee.

Remortgage fees:

£899 plus searches (if required by the mortgage lender) and Land Registry fee.

Remortgage fees include VAT, Land Registry search fees, no search indemnity insurance (if accepted by your mortgage lender) and a bank transfer fee.
