Sales and Purchases:
Our fees for sales and purchases vary depending on the price of the property and the following fees are applicable for each element separately. Please note that there is a separate charge for selling and for an onward purchase.
On a purchase, there will also be a charge of up to £400 for search fees plus the Land Registry Fee.
Up to £300,000: £1,395
From £300,001 – £600,000: £1,595
From £601,000 – £1,000,000: £1,995
For sales over £1,000,000: POA
Our fees as above include VAT, Land Registry pre-completion checks and a bank transfer fee.
Remortgages:
£899 plus searches (if required by the mortgage lender) and Land Registry fee.
Remortgage fees include VAT, Land Registry pre-completion search fees, no search indemnity insurance (if accepted by your mortgage lender) and a bank transfer fee.
